We do not unlock individual chapters manually because the unlocking process is connected to many other parts of your user account. In the past, this process has always led to complications at a later point of the course, thus, we do not want you to have similar troubles! :-)
However, it is possible to unlock the entire study content, which you can easily do by clicking the button "Unlock all chapters" on the campus.
