What can I do if something doesn't work on your platform?

Emptying your browser data is the solution in 99 % of all cases.

If that doesn't work, please contact our support and answer the following questions so that we can help you as quickly and efficiently as possible:

  • What exactly is happening? The more we know, the better we can help you ;-)
  • On which page (URL/link) do you have this problem?
  • Is there an error message? Can you possibly send us a screenshot? 
  • On which device and with which operating system does the problem occur?
  • Does the problem occur on another device as well?
  • Does the problem occur in another browser as well?
  • Does the problem occur outside your network/WLAN, e.g. via LTE?
